From early childhood, she had a dream to create clothes, so for her favorite dolls she used to sew entire collections of dresses from the remnants of grandmother’s fabrics.
A little later, in her youth, the future designer created clothes for herself. After graduating as a lawyer and working in a totally different sphere, Julia wouldn’t stop dreaming of becoming a designer and starting her own brand.
Over the time, realizing that it was time to make her dream come true, she decided to get the proper fashion designer education in Italy.
Juliya made money for expensive education working in the completely different professional sphere.
In the summer of 2015, her first collection was created and presented at the Ukrainian Fashion Week in the SS2016 season. Already during her studies, Juliya became interested in Japanese modeling course which determined the style of Juliya Kros brand in the future – intellectual deconstructivism.
Since 2015, the brand has been a regular participant of the Ukrainian Fashion Week, and Juliya Perekrestova has been mentoring young designers.
